退款政策
退款：葡萄酒一旦寄出，恕不退款。开封后如发现葡萄酒存在质量问题，恕不退款。如果您的订单包装错误，且与付款时购买的商品不符，请在收货后7天内告知我们，以便我们为您解决问题。
运输途中货物损坏：您必须在收到货物后48小时内通知我们，以便我们向运输公司提出索赔。谢谢。

Refund Policy
Refunds: No refund will be made once we have dispatched the wine to you. We do not refund if wine is faulty after opening. If your order has been packed incorrectly and is not what you have paid for, please let us know within 7 days of delivery so we can fix this for you.Goods damaged in transit: This must be notified to us within 48 hours of you receiving the goods, so we can make a claim with the transport company. Thankyou.

We collect your personal information for sales and marketing purposes. Kinross's website uses cookies to help keep track of items you put into your shopping cart, including when you have abandoned your cart. This information is used to determine when to send cart reminder messages via SMS

Providing some information is optional. If you choose not to enter contact details, we'll be unable to reach out with purchase updates or for sales and marketing purposes.

Terms of Service
Kinross Cottages is the holder of an 'off licence' as defined in the New Zealand Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012, and as such is legally authorised to promote, sell and deliver wine for sale via online or by mail order.It is illegal for us to sell liquor to anyone under the age of 18. It is against the law to use this site to purchase liquor if you are under 18 or to knowingly supply those that are under 18.
