Named after the ship that brought the Kinross family to Otago in 1860, this elegant Gibbston Pinot Noir reflects its cool-climate origins with lifted aromatics, bright acidity, and fine structure. Cranberry, red plum and liquorice lead the nose, with raspberry, dark chocolate, and a savoury hint of thyme and salinity on the palate. Aged 10 months in 30% new French oak, it's unfined, unfiltered, and vegan-friendly - a beautifully balanced, expressive wine with a smooth, lingering finish.
