TASTING NOTES

Hand-picked from New Zealand's most exciting wine-growing region, this 2023 Waitaki Pinot Noir was crafted by the talented winemakers Jen Parr and Grant Taylor of Valli. With limestone-based soils reminiscent of Burgundy, this wine showcases an ethereal quality marked by perfume and minerality.

Aromas of rose petals, raspberries, bergamot, and Indian spices lead to a light-bodied, layered Pinot Noir with fine tannins, vibrant fruit, and a remarkably long finish.

The vines are 15 years old, featuring clones 777, 115, 114, Abel, and 5. This wine undergoes full malolactic fermentation and is vegan-friendly.

Aged for 10 months in 15% new French oak
