TASTING NOTES

Deep ruby to crimson in colour, with notable concentration and viscosity in the glass, hinting at the wine’s richness and structure.

The aromatics are immediately bold and expressive: dark raspberry coulis, black cherry and brooding forest fruit unfold alongside layers of flint, smoke and ironstone minerality. There is an earthy character running through the wine, giving it a distinctive sense of place.

Loud, rich and textural, the palate delivers impressive weight and density while retaining precision and energy. Dark fruit flavours dominate — black raspberry, damson and concentrated cherry — wrapped in smoky, mineral complexity. The texture is expansive and mouth-filling, with an almost epic viscosity balanced by youthful drive and freshness.
