Only 2,400 bottles were produced by Rippon for Kinross.
Fragrant with notes of lime zest, fresh ginger, and white peach. Light-bodied and mineral-driven.
The Rippon vineyard produces a small yield of old Sauvignon Blanc grapes, with over 31-year-old vines. This wine undergoes no malolactic fermentation and is 100% barrel-fermented (25% new oak).
