This is our third year collaborating with the team at Q Wine, showcasing a pure expression of the exceptional terroir of the Waitaki Valley vineyard, vinified without any oak intervention.

The wine opens with complex aromas of white flowers, candied ginger, and dried banana. On the palate, it offers a rich, textural experience, blending minerality with lasting notes of white flowers, dried banana, tropical fruits, intricate spices, fresh ginger, white pepper, and vanilla bean.
