Tasting Notes:
This fruity and vibrant Pinot Gris has aromas of ripe nashi pear and white peach. White florals, orange blossom and a subtle ginger spice. Peach and pear continue on the palate, with additional orange citrus, nectarine and quince, and a hint of nougat complexity. The wine has delicate acidity, great balance, and a long finish.

Single vineyard. 100% hand-picked Gibbston Pinot Gris fruit.
The fruit was whole-bunch pressed. Aged for 7 months in 25% new French oak. Full malolactic fermentation. No fining.
