This fruity and vibrant Pinot Gris is a delightful choice for relaxation. With its pale gold hue, it presents aromas of apricot, nectarine, ripe pear, and quince, complemented by notes of brioche, hazelnut, and a hint of honeysuckle. The wine is full and velvety, well-balanced with ripe acidity and flavors of apricot, peach, and honey. Its complexity and persistence are enhanced by good minerality and a touch of caramel on the finish.

Crafted from 100% barrel-fermented grapes, this wine also undergoes partial malolactic fermentation.

100% whole-bunch pressed.
