Crafted from Pinot Noir, this dry Rosé is bright, crisp and refreshingly complex. Notes of red currant, bramble and musk florals meet hints of wild herbs, capturing the warmth and vibrancy of a Central Otago summer.

The palate is finely balanced, gliding between juicy fruit, lifted florals and savoury depth, all carried by bright acidity and a textured, lingering finish. True to Hawkshead style: pure, elegant and quietly layered.
