TASTING NOTES

The 2024 Hawkshead Riesling leans just off-dry, with lifted notes of apricot, honeydew and soft florals on the nose. That vibrancy carries through to the palate, where citrus and stonefruit meet a fine Central Otago mineral thread.

Fresh acidity brings drive and energy, balancing delicate richness with crisp precision. It’s elegant, layered and quietly confident, made to shine with lighter dishes like poultry, pork or fresh fish.

Serve slightly cool (not cold) to let the detail show. Beautifully vibrant now, with all the structure to cellar well.
