TASTING NOTES

HAWKSHEAD Pinot Gris is fresh, full-bodied and more akin to German Grauburgunder or French Alsace style. It denotes a sleeker, drier style without losing texture and fruit flavours.
The 2025 HAWKSHEAD Pinot Gris is a captivating wine, brimming with vibrant aromas of lime, green pear, citrus blossom, wild florals and a pop of juicy red apple.
Those first sensory impressions mirror the elegant, fresh, luscious layers of flavours that follow. A wine with presence, showing tactile finesse and finishing long and memorable.
With a great natural balance between fruit sweetness and crisp acidity, it inspires many creative food matches but is also very agreeable on its own or as an aperitif.
