TASTING NOTES

Tuturi Pinot Gris has incredible weight this year. We stirred the lees twice during ageing to build texture and broaden the palate. Classic Gris aromas and flavours of pear and green apple but with hints of spice, almond and floral notes. A very complex version of this wine with a refreshing acid backbone.

100% single vineyard Pinot Gris from the Tūturi vineyard. 22 years old vines.

100% whole-bunch pressed.

Aged 7 months in 100% of French oak.

Alcohol = 12.5%
