品鉴笔记

Premium Pinot Noir grapes were donated by the McCoy family from their vineyard in Gibbston. The cool 2026 vintage was extremely low cropping allowing Valli to craft a pristine pink Rosé with exceptional concentration.

The signature Gibbston Rosé is a beautiful crunch red berry fruit with apt acidity.

"The inspiration for this wine is an intrinsic part of its beauty. It is also simply delicious! Live in the moment when you enjoy this unique Rosé with great food and people who matter to you." - Jen Parr
