The vibrant nuances carry seamlessly onto the palate and intensify. Savour the taste and detect the fine linear Central Otago mineral notes that linger on the finish. The subtle richness of the wine is enlivened by fresh, racy acidity and creates an enjoyable tension between flavour, texture, and crispness.
