The 2025 Wild Irishman Macushla Pinot Noir is a wine of rare depth and elegance. ‘Macushla’, Gaelic for ‘my darling’, captures the soul of Gibbston with a level of complexity and concentration that feels almost unexpected from this cool-climate subregion.

In the glass, it shows a deep ruby hue with vibrant clarity and an attractive viscosity, immediately hinting at its concentration.
