2019 marked the comeback of Alan Brady to the Bannockburn region. This wine is crafted with organically sourced grapes from the Doctor’s Flat vineyard, which is located at one of the highest altitudes in Bannockburn.

The high altitude provides an uplifting acidity, which is complemented with juicy black fruit and intriguing spices. Bannockburn came back for good to the Wild Irishman portfolio and showcases a mischievous and different perspective of Central Otago.

Nose: Seductive, floral with dusty notes and savoury dark cherries.

Palate: Dark cherries, mineral, wild thyme and herbs. very fine tannins.

Aged for 12 months in a barrel in 10% new oak
