Tasting Notes:
A luminous, silvery lemon-green hue with a delicate clarity, hinting at freshness and finesse. Instantly captivating, with layered aromas of grilled white peach, tangerine zest, and crisp pear, undertones of hazelnut, crushed seashell. On the palate, it is beautifully textured and poised, opening with a generous burst of ripe stone fruit, nectarine, spiced apple, and white peach. A medium acidity offers a great tension. The mid-palate complexity builds with creamy lees influence and nutty oak nuance.

Aged for 10 months in 20% new French Oak. Full malolactic fermentation.
