The palate brims with strawberries, raspberries and ripe stone fruit, layered with a hint of citrus zest. A gentle sweetness softens the mid-palate, balanced by fine, talc-like tannins and a crisp, refreshing finish. A wine of focus, charm and finesse.

Blanc de Noirs translates from French as “white from black”. It refers to a white wine made entirely from dark-skinned grapes. This Blanc de Noirs is crafted 100% from Pinot Noir from Central Otago.
