Tasting Notes:
Aromas of ripe tropical fruits, such as passionfruit, mango and pineapple, with floral orange blossom and sweet tarragon. The palate continues the tropical theme, adding in a little peach and pear, with a touch of cashew and macadamia. The wine is luscious, with great weight and texture, fresh acidity, and subtle oak.

The expressive French oak selection enhances the wine, providing richness and texture. Located in the heart of Gibbston, our Home Block Sauvignon Blanc (from 16-year-old vines) is produced as a single vineyard label only in outstanding years. Carefully managed by Gary Crabbe, we let the grapes hang as long as possible to achieve a Fume style, harvesting in early May.

Kinross single vineyard. 100% hand-picked Sauvignon Blanc fruit from 16 year old vines.

Aged for 8 months in 100% old French oak. Full malolactic fermentation.
