TASTING NOTES

All three varieties were picked on the same day from our Tuturi vineyard near Alexandra. The Muscat was split into 2 small tanks where whole bunches were foot stomped by the Wild Irishman team. This was in order to release the highly aromatic qualities of Muscat found in the skins.

Tasting notes: A complex wine with subtle floral aromas along with nashi pear and honey. On the palate, the acid is balanced perfectly with the residual sugar to create great balance. Flavours of pear, citrus, almond and spice. The finish is off dry and mouth watering.

70% Pinot Gris, 15% Pinot Blanc, 15% Muscat

100% single vineyard from the Tuturi vineyard. 23 years old vines.

100% whole-bunch pressed.

Aged 7.5 months in 100% of French oak.

Alcohol = 12.5%

Only 1.820 bottles produced.
