The Kinross Wild Irishman block, located a few metres away from our cellar door, is the source of grapes for one of Alan and Brian’s latest single vineyard labels (2018 was the first vintage). This label expresses the delicate and intriguing personality of Gibbston Pinot Noirs and shows the classic depth that you expect in wines from Alan Brady and Brian Shaw.

Nose: Dark and brooding on the nose, forest floor, dark fruit, herbs. With a hint of vanilla and caramel. Floral and perfumed.

Palate: Sweet fruit with raspberry. Acids and tannins soft and nicely integrated. No fining, vegan friendly.

If you open this bottle from 2023 to 2035, we highly recommend to open that bottle 2 to 3 hours before, if it is possible at 14-16 degrees Celcius From 2025, you can open this wine and won't need any aeration.
