Dean Shaw has crafted a Rosé with elegance, pure fruit expression, texture and subtle complexity. A perfect style for an El Niño summer on the horizon.

Crisp and effortless, the wine offers ripe, lifted aromas of strawberry, white blossom, and a hint of candy floss. On the palate, a medley of summer favourites. Watermelon, raspberry, and red cherry meet zesty mandarin and pineapple-like acidity. Making it a juicy, refreshing Rosé with an impressively long finish.

Pinot Rose should be served slightly cool not chilled otherwise it might mask the finer nuances of the wine.
